If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Non-Criminal Record Report

The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

*2. Two letters of recommendation

The letter is provided by your teacher in high school, written in Chinese or English with teacher’s contact information.

*3. A Personal Statement

The content includes your academic background, application reasons, study plan and career objectives, etc., written in Chinese no fewer than 800 words.

*4. Foreigner Physical Examination Form(photocopy), please written in English

The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, filled in Chinese or English. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.

*5. Individual works

The applicant for the arts or design program shall provide his/her own works (such as videos and paintings) via the online application system.

If the validity of the applicant’s current passport does not meet the requirement, which means the expiry date of the passport should be after March 1, 2027, please apply for a new passport before submitting the application. Passport information cannot be changed before registration of enrollment.

Complete academic records from first to last semester shall be provided. The languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

11. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
